NCC – Activities

NCC cadets had participated in an economic survey at Pananchery panchayath with the help of a mobile application generated by the Government of Kerala. In this survey, cadets distinguished 200 houses that were partially or fully affected by flood 2018.

NCC cadets had participated in Kerala flood 2018 relief activities such as supply and packing of stationery items, medicine and clothes etc. Cadets cleaned 15 houses at Nenmanikkara panchayath.

A flag hoisting ceremony had conducted in the college. Dr Ignatius Antony., Principal St Thomas College Thrissur hoisted the national flag and inspected Guard presented by cadets in the college.

Blood donation camp conducted on 3 July 2018 as part of centenary celebrations .50 units of blood donated to the jubilee mission hospital.

NCC activities started with the International yoga day celebration in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra, NSS and Yoga team. Yoga Abhyas conducted under the leadership of district yoga trainers. 70 Cadets joined the function.

NCC exhibition stall was arranged in the college as a part of Mega Exhibition 2018. NCC weapons army, navy and air force ranks, uniform materials were displayed in the exhibition.

NCC Cadets participated in volunteering duty in the Mega Job fair conducted under the leadership of placement cell St Thomas College Thrissur.

Valedictory function conductstofelicitate NCC senior cadets for their Service in NCC. It organizes under the leadership of Second year NCC cadets.

Achiever’s day venue arranged in St Thomas college Thrissur. The programme organised under the leadership of the Ex Cadets club and NCC St Thomas College Thrissur.
