- Prof. T.C. Narayana Menon Prize instituted by Zoology Association to the best student in B.Sc. Zoology Final Examination.
- Oriental Electrical Stores Scholarship for the poor deserving student of III year B.Sc. Zoology as judged from II year University Examinations.
- Prof. Viswanathan and Prof. A.V. Ittyera Endowment to the best student in II M.Sc. Zoology.
- Prof. P.L. Yesudasn endowment Prize sponsored by PTA, St. Thomas’ College for Final B.Sc. Zoology Main student who secures highest marks in aggregate in the Second year B.Sc. University Examinations.
- Prof. P.L. Yesudasan Memorial Endowment Prize by his family members for the top scorer in Final M.Sc. Student in Zoology. (Interest amount of Rs. 25,000/- dated 28.04.2016).
