The Department of English (Self-Financing), St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur, in association with IQAC, organized a workshop on “Bridging Self-Awareness & Language Proficiency: Moving from Confusion to Clarity”.
The program was held on 19th August 2025, 11.00am at Kundukulam Hall.
The session was led by Ms. Saranya C. R., Former Lecturer in English, Consultant Psychologist & Founder, Manvah Counselling Center, Thrissur.
She addressed issues of low self-esteem, fear of English, and lack of confidence among students. Interactive discussions and practical strategies enabled students to link self-awareness with communication skills.
