The Department of Social Work, St.Thomas’ College (Autonomous), Thrissur in association with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) observed the Global Tiger Day on 12.00 pm, 29th July 2016 (Friday) at Jubilee Block. Mr. N Rajesh (Divisional Forest Officer, Vazhachal) inaugurated the Observance and Dr. Jenson P O (Principal, St.Thomas’ College (Autonomous), Thrissur) presided the function. Along with the function, the Department also organized Folk dance, Wall Painting and Quiz Competition to create awareness among the students and teachers about Environment Protection & Wildlife Conservation
