Womens day celebrations Inagurated by Executive Manager Rev. Fr. Varghese Kuthur on 22/01/2019 at Palocaran square.It was jointly organized by Women cell, Equal opportunity cell and Gender champion programme. Gender Equity: Self Defence and Self Respect was the motto of the programme. . Inaguration of Vidyarthi Suraksha was also done during the programme. Women cell, Thrissur police wing performed the self defence activities. Students of St.thomas college performed Kung Fu. A vandanam programme was also arranged. Due to some personal reason Dr. P. Bhanumathi could not attend the meeting. The very next day representatives visited her home and presented the award.
