‘UNARVU’ 2017 One-day Medical camp at G.H.S.S. Poonkunnam

Community extension programmes are integral part of Social work activities. These activities are intended to helping and shaping the communities based on their socio-economic and cultural needs.
The Department of Social work organized one-day medical camp in association with Jubilee Mission Medical College, Thrissur at G.H.S.S. Poonkunnam on 21st July, 2017. A medical team including 5 doctors and 2 nurses were led the medical camp. Doctors were consulted with students. Blood group identification, Body Mass Index calculation, medicine distribution were also organized as part of medical camp.
