The 112th Open Defence and Viva Voce for the award of the Ph.D. degree to Ms. Dhanya Jose was held on Thursday, 25th July 2025, at 11 am, in Menachery Hall, St Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur. Dr. Binoy T Thomas, Professor and HoD, Department of Botany, Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta, was the Chairperson of the board of adjudicators. Ms. Dhanya Jose defended the thesis is titled “Freshwater algal studies in Wayanad district” .
