St. Thomas College has been successful in collaborating with Coursera by which the faculty and students of St. Thomas College have been availed with free access to more than 3800 online courses on Coursera during this pandemic season. Many faculties and students have already enrolled several courses and completed. The free access from Coursera is for a limited period.
Coursera is a world-wide online learning platform founded in 2012 by Stanford professors “Andrew Ng” and “Daphne Koller” that offers massive open online courses (MOOC), specializations, and degrees.
Coursera works with universities and other organizations to offer online courses, specializations, and degrees in a variety of subjects, such as engineering, data science, machine learning, mathematics, business, computer science, digital marketing, humanities, commerce, medicine, biology, social sciences, and others.
