Extensive Lecture and Poetry reading session on 13 November 2019
The Department of English in association with the Readers’ and Writers’ Club conducted an Extensive lecture and Poetry reading session on 13 November 2019. There was also a conversation on Creative Writing between the two prominent writers Mr. Vivek Narayanan and Mr. S Chandramohan. The program was held at the Medlycott Hall of St. Thomas College from 10:30 am to 12:30pm. The programme began with a welcome address by Professor Anto C Thomas, HOD English Dept. Then Mr. Vivek Narayanan was introduced to the audience by Mr. S Chandramohan. Later on a lecture session by Mr. Vivek Narayanan followed. The final event was the conversation between the two writers. The programme came to an end with a vote of thanks by Reader’s Club Vice President Rachel Berkumon.
