The 99th PhD Open Defence & Public Viva Voce took place today, 19th August 2024, at 11 AM in Menachery Hall, St. Thomas College, Thrissur. Congratulations to Ms. Poornima P.L., who successfully defended her thesis “Multiple Perspectives: A Narratological Study of Revisionism Techniques in the Mahabharata in Indian Fiction.” Her research was supervised by Dr. Anto Thomas, Professor and Dean of International Affairs.
Dr. Siby James, Principal-in-charge, St. Thomas College, Palai was the chairman of the Board of Adjudicators. Dr. Martin K.A, Principal, Dr. Anu Paul, Head of the English Department, Dr. Viju M.J., Joint Coordinator of Research, as well as PG students and research scholars attended the same.
