The 113th Open Defence and Viva Voce for the award of the Ph.D. degree to Ms. Sandhya George was held on Thursday, 28th July 2025, at 2 pm, in Menachery Hall, St Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur. .Prof. (Dr) Sijo Varghese C, Department of English, Government Polytechnic College, Kunnamkulam was the Chairperson. Ms. Sandhya George defended the thesis titled “Redefining Black Violence: A study of Select Nigerian Fiction” .
