The 109th Open Defence and Viva Voce for the award of the Ph.D. degree to Ms. Shyama Sasidharan was held on Friday, 20th June 2025, at Menachery Hall, St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur, at 11.00 am. Dr. Muralikrishnan T R, Professor, Department of English, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, was the Chief Adjudicator. Ms. Shyama Sasidharan defended the thesis titled “INTERSECTIONS OF HISTORY AND CULTURE: MIGRATIONS AND TRANSACTIONAL IDENTITY OF KIRSTY MURRAY’S CHILDREN OF WIND SERIES.” She completed her research under Dr. Anto Thomas C, Professor (Rtd.), Department of English.
