The methodology for calculating the index marks for admission is available at eligibility criteria. We wish to inform you that the Provisional rank list of UG Admission 2023 has been published. This rank list is prepared based on the details entered by the candidate. These details will be verified on the day of admission only. If any discrepancy in the provided documents or details is found at the time of verification or later his/her admission will be cancelled. Candidates listed in merit list or waiting list are requested to present for admission as per the time schedule published in the college website. If students listed in the Merit list are absent, students from the waiting list will be considered for admission. Candidates must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian for admission.
Admissions will be held on 2023 June 22 & 23. The detailed time schedule will be published soon.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission: 1. Allotment Memo (Download from applicant log in) * 2. Duly filled and signed Application form (Candidates availing of the community quota reservation should obtain the signature of their respective parish priest in the prescribed space of the application form) * 3. Original transfer certificate (TC) along with one self-attested copy.* 4. Conduct Certificate obtained within 6 months * 5. Original Plus-two mark list and one self-attested copy of the same (If the original Plus-two mark list is not available, please bring one self-attested copy obtained from the internet) 6. Original SSLC certificate and a self-attested copy of the same. * 7. Caste Certificate (If availing seat reservation) 8. Income Certificate (If applied for Fee Concession) 9. Original and self-attested copies of certificates to avail of the bonus marks (such as NCC, NSS, Scouts/Guides, Ex-servicemen, etc.) 10. CAPID Print out (If already registered in Calicut University)
Please take sufficient number of photocopies of the certificates before submitting the originals to the college for future use, if any. The original certificates would be required for verification by the university. The submitted certificates will be returned only after the completion of the programme or at the time of issuing Transfer Certificate (TC).
